Compromisso de proteção de dados do autor da petição (versão pt-2)
Ao publicar esta petição, eu, autor da petição (responsável pelos dados), comprometo-me a cumprir o Regulamento Geral sobre a Proteção de Dados (Regulamento (UE) 2016/679), a Lei n.º 58/2019 e a Lei n.º 43/90 (exercício do direito de petição). Em concreto:
1. Uso os dados de quem assina só para entregar a petição ao destinatário indicado.
2. Nunca publico, vendo ou partilho estes dados com outras pessoas ou entidades.
3. Guardo as listas em segurança e apago-as, com todas as cópias, no máximo 90 dias depois da entrega.
4. Se for contactado diretamente para retirar uma assinatura, excluo-a das listas futuras e, se a petição já tiver sido entregue, informo o destinatário. Os pedidos feitos através do site são aplicados às listas geradas pelo site; comunico também ao destinatário as retiradas que ocorram depois da entrega.
5. Quando a lei o exigir, se perder as listas ou alguém as vir sem autorização, aviso a Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados em 72 horas e informo quem assinou.
6. Disponibilizo um contacto para responder às pessoas que assinaram sobre os seus dados.
7. Revejo as assinaturas repetidas de boa-fé e registo os critérios que usei.
